We have invested in developing our people’s skills in digital through a number of programs including our Expedition DNA Program and through our knowledge partnership with Vlerick Business School.
Arcadis has grown its digital and data expertise through acquisition of the software and analytics firm SEAMS, that aims to improve infrastructure performance and resilience. The recently opened Arcadis Innovation Hub in Amsterdam is being used to develop innovative solutions in a start-up environment, and is also home to the Arcadis City of 2030 Accelerator program that we delivered through a partnership with TechStars

Expedition DNA
Expedition DNA teaches Arcadians to adopt an innovative mindset and build skills to remain competitive in the global market for digital jobs. In Expedition DNA, you learn to understand the nature of this new competitive digital environment, while developing your digital capabilities at your own pace. The program contains a virtual online learning platform and a face-to-face experience.
SEAMS
SEAMS, an Arcadis company, uses cutting-edge data and predictive analytics help to monitor performance and advise on resilience on behalf of their clients to safeguard their assets, minimize costs and reduce risk. Its unique decision analytics software - Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) helps our clients manage the Asset Investment Planning process and ensures they are making the best decisions.

The Arcadis City of 2030 Accelerator powered by Techstars has selected ten companies pioneering technologies that will revolutionize how we live, work and travel in cities now and in the decades to come.
